देवा ऊचुः । त्वमत्रस्थो महाभाग कुरु कार्यं च नः प्रभो । धर्मारण्ये च विप्राणां वणिग्जननिवासिनाम्

Transliteration

devā ūcuḥ | tvamatrastho mahābhāga kuru kāryaṃ ca naḥ prabho | dharmāraṇye ca viprāṇāṃ vaṇigjananivāsinām

Translation

ദേവന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ മഹാഭാഗ പ്രഭോ! നിങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ വസിച്ച് ഞങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യം സിദ്ധമാക്കുക. ധർമാരണ്യത്തിൽ പാർക്കുന്ന ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരെയും വാണിജ്യജനങ്ങളെയും കൃപയോടെ സംരക്ഷിക്കണം.
