अभीष्टदेवताश्चैव प्रणम्य गुरुसत्तमम् । नमस्कृत्य शुभान्देवान्रामादींश्च विशेषतः

abhīṣṭadevatāścaiva praṇamya gurusattamam | namaskṛtya śubhāndevānrāmādīṃśca viśeṣataḥ

സ്വന്തം ഇഷ്ടദേവതകളെ പ്രണാമം ചെയ്ത്, ഗുരുസത്തമനോട് ദണ്ഡവത് ചെയ്ത്, മംഗളദേവന്മാരെ നമസ്കരിച്ചു—വിശേഷിച്ച് ശ്രീരാമാദികളെ।
