एषा सामवती नाम सुता तस्य द्विजन्मनः । भूत्वा सुमेधसः पत्नी कामभोगेन युज्यताम्

eṣā sāmavatī nāma sutā tasya dvijanmanaḥ | bhūtvā sumedhasaḥ patnī kāmabhogena yujyatām

ഇവൾ ആ ദ്വിജന്റെ പുത്രി, സാമവതി എന്ന നാമമുള്ളവൾ. അവൾ സുമേധസിന്റെ ഭാര്യയായി, അവനോടൊപ്പം ദാമ്പത്യഭോഗത്തിൽ യുക്തയാകട്ടെ.
