Transliteration

upetya rājasadanaṃ somavāre dvijottamaiḥ | sapatnīkaiḥ kṛtātithyau dhautapādau babhūvatuḥ

Translation

സോമവാരത്തിൽ രാജസദനത്തിലെത്തിയ ആ ഇരുവരെയും, പത്നിമാരോടുകൂടിയ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ ദ്വിജന്മാർ അതിഥിസത്കാരത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു. അവരുടെ പാദങ്ങൾ കഴുകി, ഇരുവരെയും വിധിപൂർവ്വം അതിഥികളായി ആദരിച്ചു.
