विषयानभिसंधाय ये कुर्वंति शिवे रतिम् । विषयैर्नाभिभूयंते भुंजानास्तत्फलान्यपि
viṣayānabhisaṃdhāya ye kurvaṃti śive ratim | viṣayairnābhibhūyaṃte bhuṃjānāstatphalānyapi
വിഷയങ്ങളെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കാതെ ശിവനിൽ രതി വളർത്തുന്നവർ, ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഫലങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിച്ചാലും വിഷയങ്ങളാൽ കീഴടക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല।
