अतः प्रदोषे शिव एक एव पूज्योऽथ नान्ये हरिपद्मजाद्याः । तस्मिन्महेशे विधिनेज्यमाने सर्वे प्रसीदंति सुराधिनाथाः
ataḥ pradoṣe śiva eka eva pūjyo'tha nānye haripadmajādyāḥ | tasminmaheśe vidhinejyamāne sarve prasīdaṃti surādhināthāḥ
അതുകൊണ്ട് പ്രദോഷസമയത്ത് ശിവൻ മാത്രമേ പൂജ്യനായുള്ളൂ; ഹരി (വിഷ്ണു), പദ്മജൻ (ബ്രഹ്മാവ്) മുതലായ മറ്റു ദേവന്മാർ അല്ല. ആ മഹേശനെ വിധിപൂർവ്വം ആരാധിച്ചാൽ ദേവാധിനാഥന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും പ്രസന്നരാകും.
