ഇങ്ങനെ ബുദ്ധിമാൻ ഇരുപക്ഷങ്ങളിലും പൂർണ്ണ ഒരു വർഷം വ്രതം അനുഷ്ഠിക്കണം; തുടർന്ന് വർഷം പൂർത്തിയായാൽ വ്രതോദ്യാപനം നടത്തണം।
