सूत उवाच । परिहासरसेनेत्थं शासितः स्वामिनाऽमुना । स चंडकाख्यः शबरो मूर्ध्ना जग्राह तद्वचः
sūta uvāca | parihāsarasenetthaṃ śāsitaḥ svāminā'munā | sa caṃḍakākhyaḥ śabaro mūrdhnā jagrāha tadvacaḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സ്വാമി പരിഹാസരസത്തോടെ യഥാവിധി ഉപദേശിച്ചതിനെ, ചണ്ഡക എന്ന ശബരൻ ആ വചനത്തെ ശിരസ്സിൽ ധരിച്ചു പരമാദരത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു।
