वामदेव उवाच । एष मद्गात्रलग्नस्य प्रभावो भस्मनो महान् । यत्संपर्कात्तमोवृत्तेस्तवेयं मतिरुत्तमा
vāmadeva uvāca | eṣa madgātralagnasya prabhāvo bhasmano mahān | yatsaṃparkāttamovṛttestaveyaṃ matiruttamā
വാമദേവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇത് എന്റെ ദേഹത്തിൽ പതിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പവിത്രഭസ്മത്തിന്റെ മഹാപ്രഭാവമാണ്. അതിന്റെ സ്പർശംകൊണ്ട് തമോവൃത്തിയിലായിരുന്ന നിന്റെ മതി ഇപ്പോൾ ഉത്തമബോധത്തിലേക്ക് തിരിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.
