यो वा को वापि याचेत तस्मै देहि शिरोपि च । अपि यत्नेन महता कीर्तिमेव सदार्जय
yo vā ko vāpi yāceta tasmai dehi śiropi ca | api yatnena mahatā kīrtimeva sadārjaya
ആരെങ്കിലും നിന്നോട് യാചിച്ചാൽ അവനു നൽകുക—ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ സ്വന്തം ശിരസ്സും പോലും. മഹത്തായ പരിശ്രമത്തോടെ നിത്യം സത്കീർത്തി മാത്രമേ സമ്പാദിക്കൂ.
