tava janmānyatītāni śatakoṭyayutāni ca | ajānaṃtyāḥ paraṃ tattvaṃ saṃprāpto'yaṃ mahāśramaḥ

നിന്റെ ശതകോടി-അയുതങ്ങളോളം അനേകം ജന്മങ്ങൾ കഴിഞ്ഞുപോയി; പരമതത്ത്വം അറിയാതിരുന്നതിനാൽ ഈ മഹാശ്രമം/ക്ലേശം നിനക്കുണ്ടായി।
