Samhita Patha (Devanagari) उप॒ प्रागा॑त्सु॒मन्मे॑ऽधायि॒ मन्म॑ दे॒वाना॒माशा॒ उप॑ वी॒तपृ॑ष्ठः । अन्वे॑नं॒ विप्रा॒ ऋष॑यो मदन्ति दे॒वानां॑ पु॒ष्टे च॑कृमा सु॒बन्धु॑म्
Transliteration úpa prā́gāt sumán me ’dhāyi mánma devā́nām ā́śā úpa vītápṛṣṭhaḥ | ánv enaṃ víprā ṛ́ṣayo madanti devā́nāṃ púṣṭe cakṛma subándhum ||
Translation ഇത് സമീപത്തേക്ക് എത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കായി സുമൻ (സദ്ഭാവം) സ്ഥാപിതമായി; ദേവന്മാരുടെ ആശയും അഭിപ്രായവും ഉറച്ച ആധാരത്തോടെ സമീപിച്ചു. അതിനെ അനുഗമിച്ച് പ്രചോദിതരായ വിപ്ര ഋഷികൾ ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നു; ദേവന്മാരുടെ പോഷണത്തിനായി ഞങ്ങൾ സുബന്ധു—സുസംയോജിത ബന്ധം—ഉണ്ടാക്കി.
