इत्थं कुमारो भगवान्व्यासेन मुनिनार्थितः । समर्थः प्राह विप्रेंद्रा निश्चयं मुक्तिकारणम्

ഇങ്ങനെ മുനി വ്യാസന്റെ അപേക്ഷയാൽ സമർത്ഥനായ ഭഗവാൻ കുമാരൻ, ഹേ വിപ്രേന്ദ്രന്മാരേ, മോക്ഷകാരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച നിശ്ചയസത്യം പ്രസ്താവിച്ചു.
