Śravaṇa–Kīrtana–Manana: Definitions and Hierarchy of Śaiva Sādhanā (श्रवणकीर्तनमनन-निरूपणम्)

मुक्तिसाधनकं ज्ञानं नोदेति परमाद्भुतम् । तपश्चरामि मुक्त्यर्थं न जाने तत्र कारणम्

muktisādhanakaṃ jñānaṃ nodeti paramādbhutam | tapaścarāmi muktyarthaṃ na jāne tatra kāraṇam

മുക്തിയുടെ ഉപായമായ ആ പരമ അത്ഭുതജ്ഞാനം എനിക്കുള്ളിൽ ഉദിക്കുന്നില്ല. മോക്ഷാർത്ഥം ഞാൻ തപശ്ചര്യ ചെയ്യുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ കാരണം (എന്തുകൊണ്ട് ഉദിക്കാത്തത്) എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല.
