ततः सिंहो बभूवाशु मायावी तच्छिरोम्बिका । यावद्भिनत्ति तावत्स खङ्गपाणिर्बभूव ह
tataḥ siṃho babhūvāśu māyāvī tacchirombikā | yāvadbhinatti tāvatsa khaṅgapāṇirbabhūva ha
അപ്പോൾ ആ മായാവി ക്ഷണത്തിൽ തന്നെ സിംഹമായി മാറി; അംബിക അതിന്റെ തലയിൽ പ്രഹരിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ അവൾ എത്രത്തോളം അത് തകർത്താലും, അവൻ വാൾ കൈയിൽ പിടിച്ചവനായി വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു.
