साधुवेषद्विजाह्वयावतारकथनम् | Account of the ‘Sādhu-veṣa’ Brahmin-Named Incarnation
Prelude
गुरुरुवाच । कश्चिन्मध्ये च युष्माकं गच्छेच्छैलान्तिकं सुराः । सम्पादयेत्स्वाभिमतमहं तत्कर्तुमक्षमः
gururuvāca | kaścinmadhye ca yuṣmākaṃ gacchecchailāntikaṃ surāḥ | sampādayetsvābhimatamahaṃ tatkartumakṣamaḥ
ഗുരു പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദേവന്മാരേ! നിങ്ങളിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും പർവതസമീപത്തേക്ക് പോയി അഭിലഷിത കാര്യം സാധിപ്പിക്കട്ടെ; ആ ദൗത്യം ചെയ്യാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിവില്ല.
