Cosmic Event: re-integration of Śiva-Śakti as the prerequisite for manifest creation
It teaches that true spiritual attainment arises when one meditates on Parameśvara together with His supreme Śakti—recognizing the inseparable Śiva–Śakti reality—and then disciplines the mind through the highest tapas, supported by devotion (prīti).
The verse points to Saguna contemplation: the devotee holds in the heart the Lord as Śiva united with Śakti, which can be approached in practice through Linga-worship where the formless Supreme is reverently invoked in a sacred, worshipable form.
Heart-centered dhyāna (meditation) on Śiva–Śakti followed by tapas—steady japa (such as the Pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and disciplined observances consistent with Shaiva purity and devotion.
