शिवस्तुतिवर्णनम् (Śiva-stuti-varṇanam) — “Description of Hymns in Praise of Śiva”
प्रवर्तकं च प्रकृतेस्सर्वस्य प्रपितामहम् । सर्वविग्रहमीशं हि त्वां नमामि च सर्वतः
pravartakaṃ ca prakṛtessarvasya prapitāmaham | sarvavigrahamīśaṃ hi tvāṃ namāmi ca sarvataḥ
ഹേ പ്രഭോ! പ്രകൃതിയെ പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനും സർവ്വജഗത്തിന്റെ ആദി പ്രപിതാമഹനും നീയാണ്. നീ സർവ്വരൂപധാരി ഈശ്വരൻ; അതിനാൽ ഞാൻ സർവ്വദിക്കിലും സർവ്വവിധവും നിന്നെ നമസ്കരിക്കുന്നു.

Practice all-directional salutation (sarvataḥ-namaskāra) with japa of the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” contemplating Shiva as the inner ruler who pervades every form and place.
