ब्रह्मोवाच । आकर्ण्य तस्या वचनं वसिष्ठो ब्रह्मवित्तमः । स्वयं च सर्वकृत्यज्ञो नान्यत्किंचन पृष्टवान्
brahmovāca | ākarṇya tasyā vacanaṃ vasiṣṭho brahmavittamaḥ | svayaṃ ca sarvakṛtyajño nānyatkiṃcana pṛṣṭavān
ബ്രഹ്മാവ് പറഞ്ഞു—അവളുടെ വചനങ്ങൾ കേട്ട ബ്രഹ്മവിദ്യയിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനായ വസിഷ്ഠൻ, സ്വയം എല്ലാ കർത്തവ്യ-വിധികളിലും നിപുണനായിരുന്നിട്ടും, പിന്നെ ഒന്നും ചോദിച്ചില്ല.
