Post–Dakṣa-Yajña Developments and the Appeal to Viṣṇu

Brahma
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Significance: The collective resolve of devas to approach Śiva’s mountain abode reflects the Siddhānta pattern: paśu turns toward Pati through right intention (mati) as a doorway to anugraha.
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: nurturing
It highlights that right action begins with right instruction and sankalpa (a clear sacred resolve); even the highest deities move in harmony with dharma to reach a Shiva-associated sacred place.
The decision to go to “that mountain” reflects the Purana’s emphasis on approaching Shiva through sacred geography and visible, Saguna supports of devotion—places where Shiva’s presence is contemplated and worship matures into grace.
The implied takeaway is to take sankalpa before worship or pilgrimage—then proceed with steadiness; one may accompany the journey with japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) as a Shaiva Siddhanta-aligned practice.
