कामशापानुग्रहः (Kāmaśāpānugraha) — “The Curse and Grace Concerning Kāma”

यदिदं ब्रह्मणा कर्म ममोद्दिष्टं मयापि तत् । कर्तुं शक्यमिति ह्यद्धा भावितं स्वभुवा तदा

yadidaṃ brahmaṇā karma mamoddiṣṭaṃ mayāpi tat | kartuṃ śakyamiti hyaddhā bhāvitaṃ svabhuvā tadā

“ബ്രഹ്മാവ് എനിക്ക് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ച ആ കൃത്യം ഞാനും നിർവഹിക്കാം”—എന്ന് അപ്പോൾ സ്വയംഭൂ ബ്രഹ്മാവ് സംശയമില്ലാതെ ദൃഢമായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചു।
