Brahma
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Īśāna
It highlights the Shaiva emphasis on śravaṇa (reverent hearing): once the sacred account is known, the devotee is naturally drawn—joyfully and swiftly—toward the divine event, indicating how devotion awakens prompt spiritual response.
Though the verse does not name the Liṅga directly, it reflects the Purāṇic pattern of approaching Saguna manifestations and divine līlā after hearing their glory—an inner movement that supports temple worship, darśana, and participation in Shiva’s sacred narratives.
The implied practice is śravaṇa and smaraṇa—hear Shiva’s kathā attentively and contemplate it; this can be paired with simple japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to cultivate the same prompt, joyful devotion.
