मेनायाः क्रोध-विलापः — Menā’s Lament and Reproach
to the Sage
ब्रह्मोवाच । इत्युक्त्वा वचनं मेना तूष्णीमास दृढव्रता । शिवेच्छाप्रेरिता धन्या तथा याखिलमोहिनी
brahmovāca | ityuktvā vacanaṃ menā tūṣṇīmāsa dṛḍhavratā | śivecchāpreritā dhanyā tathā yākhilamohinī
ബ്രഹ്മാവ് പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ വചനം പറഞ്ഞ ശേഷം ദൃഢവ്രതയായ മേന മൗനമായി. ശിവേച്ഛയാൽ പ്രേരിതയായ അവൾ ധന്യയായിരുന്നു; എല്ലാവരെയും മോഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നവളായി നിലകൊണ്ടു.
