मङ्गलपत्रिकाग्रहणम् — Reception of the Auspicious Marriage Invitation
शिव उवाच । प्रीत्या शृणु मुनिश्रेष्ठ ह्यस्मत्तोऽद्य वदामि ते । ब्रुवे तत्त्वां प्रियो मे यद्भक्तराजशिरोमणिः
śiva uvāca | prītyā śṛṇu muniśreṣṭha hyasmatto'dya vadāmi te | bruve tattvāṃ priyo me yadbhaktarājaśiromaṇiḥ
ശിവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹേ മുനിശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! പ്രീതിയോടെ ശ്രവിക്ക; ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ തന്നേ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു. നീ എനിക്ക് പ്രിയൻ; ഭക്തരാജന്മാരിൽ ശിരോമണിയായതിനാൽ തത്ത്വം ഞാൻ പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു।
