विनये संकटे प्राप्तेऽवितथस्य परोक्षतः । सुस्नेहस्य तथा तात नान्यथा सत्यमीरितम्

ഹേ പ്രിയനേ, പ്രതിസന്ധി വന്നപ്പോൾ വിനയത്തോടെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ, പ്രത്യക്ഷ തെളിവ് ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും, അവിതഥനും സ്നേഹപൂർണ്ണനുമായവന്റെ വാക്ക് തന്നെയാണ് സത്യമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടത്—മറ്റെങ്ങനെല്ല।
