शिवविहारवर्णनम् (Śivavihāra-varṇana) — “Description of Śiva’s Divine Pastimes/Sojourn”
हरिश्चन्द्रो हालिकं च वृषल्यासह संयुतम् । चारयामास निश्चेष्टं निर्जनं तत्फलं शृणु
hariścandro hālikaṃ ca vṛṣalyāsaha saṃyutam | cārayāmāsa niśceṣṭaṃ nirjanaṃ tatphalaṃ śṛṇu
രാജാ ഹരിശ്ചന്ദ്രൻ ഹാലികനെയും—അവനോടൊപ്പം ചേർന്ന വൃഷല്യയോടുകൂടെ—ശക്തിഹീനനാക്കി നിർജനസ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് ഓടിച്ചു വിട്ടു; ഇനി ആ കൃത്യത്തിന്റെ ഫലം കേൾക്കുക।
