सूत उवाच । इति तेषां वचश्श्रुत्वा ब्रह्मा लोकपितामहः । जगाम च वरं दातुं वचनं चेदमब्रवीत्
sūta uvāca | iti teṣāṃ vacaśśrutvā brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | jagāma ca varaṃ dātuṃ vacanaṃ cedamabravīt
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അവരുടെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് ലോകപിതാമഹനായ ബ്രഹ്മാവ് വരം നൽകാൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു; പിന്നെ ഈ വചനങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു.
