jāyate na hi sandeho netareṣāmiti śrutiḥ | śivabhaktivihīnānāmiti tattvārthaniścayaḥ

Translation

ഇതിൽ സംശയം ജനിക്കുകയില്ല—എന്ന് ശ്രുതി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് അങ്ങനെ അല്ല. ഇത് ഉറച്ച തത്ത്വനിശ്ചയം: ശിവഭക്തിയില്ലാത്തവർക്ക് തത്ത്വാർത്ഥനിശ്ചയവും ഫലസിദ്ധിയും ലഭ്യമല്ല।
