keśaśmaśrunakhāneva karmmāvadhi visṛjya ca | samāṣṭakeśānvidhivatkārayitvā vidhānataḥ

Translation

വ്രതകാലത്ത് മുടി, താടി, നഖം മുറിക്കുന്ന കര്‍മ്മം ഉപേക്ഷിക്കണം. തുടർന്ന് വിധാനപ്രകാരം, മുടി സമമാക്കി യഥാവിധി ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തി മുറിച്ചു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം.
