किमङ्ग रध्रचोदनः सुन्वानस्यावितेदसि । कुवित्स्विन्द्र णः शकः ॥

kím aṅga radhra-códanaḥ sunvānásyāvitéd asi | kúvit sv indra ṇaḥ śákaḥ ||

ഹേ വക്രതയ്‌ക്കെതിരായ പ്രേരകനേ! സോമം പിഴിയുന്ന (സുന്വാന)വനോടു നീ വ്യക്തമായി സഹായകനാകാത്തത് എന്തുകൊണ്ട്? ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, നീ സത്യമായും ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി ശേഷിയുള്ളവനാകുമോ—നിന്റെ ശക്തിയെ ഫലപ്രദമായ സഹായമായി മാറ്റി?
