mā́ no gávye bhir áśvyaiḥ sahásrebhir áti khyatam | ánti ṣádbhūtu vāmávaḥ ||

ഗവ്യയും അശ്വ്യയും ആയ സഹസ്ര (ആയിരമടങ്ങ്) തേജസ്സുകളും വേഗങ്ങളും കൊണ്ടു, ഹേ പ്രസിദ്ധന്മാരേ, ഞങ്ങളെ മറികടന്ന് കടന്നുപോകരുതേ; നിങ്ങളുടെ അവഃ (സഹായം) ഞങ്ങളോടു സമീപമായി, സത്യമായി സന്നിഹിതമാകട്ടെ.
