Sukta 8.41
स समुद्रो अपीच्यस्तुरो द्यामिव रोहति नि यदासु यजुर्दधे । स माया अर्चिना पदास्तृणान्नाकमारुहन्नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥
sa samudro apīcyaḥ turo dyām iva rohati ni yad āsu yajuḥ dadhe | sa māyā arcinā padā astṛṇān nākam ā aruhat nabhantām anyake same ||
അവൻ ഗൂഢസമുദ്രം; വേഗവാൻ—ഇവയിൽ യജുഃ (യജ്ഞമന്ത്രം) സ്ഥാപിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആകാശംപോലെ ഉയർന്നു കയറുന്നു. തന്റെ മായാ-മാപിത ശക്തിയാൽ, ജ്വാലയോടുകൂടെ, അവൻ പടികൾ വിരിച്ചു ദീപ്തമായ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലേക്ക് आरोഹണം ചെയ്തു—മറ്റൊരു സമത്വത്തിൽ പ്രകാശങ്ങൾ ദീപ്തമായി തെളിയട്ടെ.
