अगोरुधाय गविषे द्युक्षाय दस्म्यं वचः । घृतात्स्वादीयो मधुनश्च वोचत ॥
Transliteration
agó-rudhāya gavíṣe dyukṣā́ya dasmyáṃ vácaḥ | ghṛtā́t svā́dīyo mádhunaś ca vocata ||
Translation
അഗോരുധ (തടസ്സരഹിതൻ) ആയ അവനോടു—പ്രകാശകിരണങ്ങളെ തേടുന്നവനോടും ദ്യുക്ഷ (തേജസ്സായ വർധനം) ഉള്ളവനോടും—അത്ഭുതകർമ്മിയായ വചനം ഉച്ചരിക്കുവിൻ. ഘൃതത്തേക്കാളും മധുവേക്കാളും മധുരമായ, അന്തർഉന്നതിയെ പോഷിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വചനം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുവിൻ.
