एवेन्द्राग्निभ्यामहावि हव्यं शूष्यं घृतं न पूतमद्रिभिः । ता सूरिषु श्रवो बृहद्रयिं गृणत्सु दिधृतमिषं गृणत्सु दिधृतम् ॥

Transliteration

evéndrāgní-bhyām áhāvi havyaṃ śū́ṣyaṃ ghṛtáṃ na pūtám ádri-bhiḥ | tā sūríṣu śrávo bṛhád rayíṃ gṛṇát-su didhṛtám íṣaṃ gṛṇát-su didhṛtám ||

Translation

ഇങ്ങനെ ഇന്ദ്ര–അഗ്നികൾക്കായി ഹവ്യം അർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു—ശൂഷ്യṁ (പാകമാകുന്ന ബലം)പോലെ, അദ്രിഭിഃ (പീഡനശിലകൾ)കൊണ്ട് ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഘൃതംപോലെ. ആ ഇരുവരും സൂരിഷു (പ്രകാശിത നേതാക്കൾ)യിൽ മഹത്തായ ശ്രവഃ (യശസ്)യും റയി (സമൃദ്ധി)യും സ്ഥാപിക്കട്ടെ; ഗൃണത്സു (സ്തുതിക്കുന്നവർ)യിൽ ഇഷ് (പോഷക പ്രേരണ)യെ നിലനിർത്തട്ടെ—ഗൃണത്സുയിൽ അതിനെ നിലനിർത്തട്ടെ.
