Sukta 10.74
आ तत्त इन्द्रायवः पनन्ताभि य ऊर्वं गोमन्तं तितृत्सान् । सकृत्स्वं ये पुरुपुत्रां महीं सहस्रधारां बृहतीं दुदुक्षन् ॥
ā tát ta indrā́yávaḥ panantā́bhi yá ū́rvaṃ gómantaṃ títṛtsān | sakṛ́t-sváṃ yé puru-putrā́m mahī́ṃ sahásra-dhārāṃ bṛhatī́ṃ dudúkṣan ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, ആ ദിശയിലേക്കാണ് നിന്റെ അന്വേഷകർ മുന്നേറുന്നത്—ഗോമന്ത ഊർവ (പൂർണ്ണ നിധി), ജ്ഞാനകിരണങ്ങളാൽ സമൃദ്ധമായതിനെ കടക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ. ഒരിക്കൽ സ്വന്തം മഹീ (വിശാല പൃഥ്വി)യെ ഉണർത്തുന്നവർ—പുരുപുത്രാ, സഹസ്രധാരാ, ബൃഹതീ—അവർ അവളെ പശുവിനെപ്പോലെ ദോഹിച്ച് അവളുടെ സമൃദ്ധി പുറത്തെടുക്കുന്നു.
