ऊर्जो नपाज्जातवेदः सुशस्तिभिर्मन्दस्व धीतिभिर्हितः । त्वे इषः सं दधुर्भूरिवर्पसश्चित्रोतयो वामजाताः ॥
ū́rjo napāj jāta-vedaḥ suśastíbhir mándasva dhītíbhir hitáḥ | tvé íṣaḥ sáṃ dadhur bhū́ri-varpasaś citróutayo vā́ma-jātāḥ ||
ഊർജോ നപാത്, ജാതവേദസ് (ജന്മങ്ങളുടെ ജ്ഞാതാവേ), ഞങ്ങളുടെ സുഷസ്തിഭിഃ (ശുഭസ്തുതികളാൽ) ആനന്ദിക്ക; ഞങ്ങളുടെ ധീതിഭിഃ (ധ്യാന-ചിന്തകളാൽ) സ്ഥാപിതനായി നിലകൊൾക. നിനക്കുള്ളിൽ ഇഷഃ (പ്രേരണകൾ/ആകാംക്ഷകൾ) ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടിയിരിക്കുന്നു—ബഹുരൂപ, സമൃദ്ധതേജസ്സുള്ള, ചിത്രോതയഃ (വിവിധ സഹായങ്ങളുള്ള), വാമജാതാഃ (ആനന്ദത്തിൽ നിന്നു ജനിച്ച).
