Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint

स पुत्रवधसन्तप्तश्शूरःक्रोधवशंगतः ।।।।समीक्ष्यरावणोबुद्ध्यावैदेह्यारोचयद्वधम् ।

sa putra-vadha-santaptaḥ śūraḥ krodha-vaśaṃ gataḥ |

samīkṣya rāvaṇo buddhyā vaidehyā rocalyad vadham ||

പുത്രവധത്തിന്റെ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ദഹിച്ച ആ ശൂരൻ രാവണൻ ക്രോധവശനായി; ബുദ്ധിയാൽ ആലോചിച്ച് വൈദേഹിയെ വധിക്കുവാൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ചു।
