The Slaying of Indrajit

Brilliant Vibheeshana struck evil minded Indrajith, his horses and elephants with his mace.
It shows righteous resistance: Vibhīṣaṇa fights to uphold Rāma’s cause (seen as Dharmic). Yet it also acknowledges the human surge of anger, reminding that even just combat should be governed by discipline.
Vibhīṣaṇa counters Indrajit’s arrow attack by striking him (and his team) with a mace, disrupting his mobility.
Courage and steadfastness—Vibhīṣaṇa does not retreat despite being wounded and attacked in front of both armies.
