इन्द्रजित्-लक्ष्मणयुद्धम् तथा वानरप्रोत्साहनम्

ततोविष्फारयामासमहद्धनुरवस्थितः ।उत्ससर्ज च तीक्ष्णाग्रान् राक्षसेषुमहाशरान् ।।।।
tato viṣphārayāmāsa mahad dhanur avasthitaḥ | utsasarja ca tīkṣṇāgrān rākṣaseṣu mahāśarān ||
പിന്നീട് നിലപാട് ഉറപ്പിച്ച് അവൻ മഹാധനുസ്സിനെ പൂർണ്ണമായി വലിച്ച്, രാക്ഷസന്മാരുടെ മേൽ മൂർച്ചയുള്ള അഗ്രങ്ങളുള്ള മഹാശരങ്ങൾ വിട്ടുവിട്ടു.
