इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
लक्ष्मणोरावणिंयुद्धेरावणिश्चापिलक्ष्मणम् ।।6.89.38।।अन्योन्यंतावभिघ्नन्तौ न श्रमंप्रतिपद्यताम् ।
lakṣmaṇo rāvaṇiṃ yuddhe rāvaṇiś cāpi lakṣmaṇam |
anyonyaṃ tāv abhighnantau na śramaṃ pratipadyatām || 6.89.38 ||
യുദ്ധത്തിൽ ലക്ഷ്മണൻ രാവണിപുത്രനെ പ്രഹരിച്ചു; രാവണിപുത്രനും ലക്ഷ്മണനെ. പരസ്പരം ആക്രമിച്ചിട്ടും ഇരുവരും ക്ഷീണത്തിന് വഴങ്ങുകയില്ലായിരുന്നു.
