इन्द्रजित्–लक्ष्मणयोर् घोरः शरयुद्धः
Indrajit and Lakshmana’s Fierce Exchange of Arrows
स्यबाणैस्सुविध्वस्तंकवचंकाञ्चनंमहत् ।व्यशीर्यतरथोपस्थेताराजालमिव्बारात् ।।6.89.19।।
tasya bāṇaiḥ suvidhvastaṃ kavacaṃ kāñcanaṃ mahat |
vyaśīryata rathopasthe tārājālam ivāmbarāt ||6.89.19||
അവന്റെ അമ്പുകളാൽ പൂർണ്ണമായി തകർന്ന ആ മഹത്തായ സ്വർണ്ണകവചം പിളർന്ന് രഥത്തിന്റെ നിലത്തേക്ക് വീണു ചിതറിപ്പോയി—ആകാശത്തിൽ നിന്നു നക്ഷത്രക്കൂട്ടം വീഴുന്നതുപോലെ।
