तमास्थायमहातेजारथंहरिरथोपमम् ।जगामसहसातत्रयत्रयुद्धमरिन्दमः ।।।।
tam āsthāya mahātejā rathaṃ harirathopamam |
jagāma sahasā tatra yatra yuddham arindamaḥ ||
മഹാതേജസ്സുള്ള അവൻ, ഇന്ദ്രന്റെ രഥത്തെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തമായ ആ രഥത്തിൽ കയറി, ശത്രുനിഗ്രാഹകനായ ഇന്ദ്രജിത് യുദ്ധം കൊടുമ്പിരികൊണ്ടിരുന്നിടത്തേക്ക് ഉടൻ പാഞ്ഞെത്തി.
