ततश्शरौघेरभिवर्ष्यमाणोविभिन्नगात्रःकपिसैन्यपालः ।नीलोबभूवाथविसृष्टगात्रोविष्टम्भितस्तेनमहाबलेन ।।।।
tataḥ śaraughair abhivarṣyamāṇo vibhinna-gātraḥ kapisainyapālaḥ |
nīlo babhūvātha visṛṣṭagātro viṣṭambhitas tena mahābalena ||
പിന്നീട് അമ്പുകളുടെ പ്രളയത്തിൽ എല്ലാടവും നനഞ്ഞും അവയവങ്ങൾ തുളഞ്ഞും കപിസേനാനായകൻ നീലൻ വിറച്ച് ശിഥിലാവയവനായി നിന്നു; അതിമഹാബലവാനായ അവന്റെ പ്രഹാരത്താൽ നീലന്റെ ഗതി തടയപ്പെട്ടു.
