स देवलोकस्यतमोनिहत्यसूर्योयथाराहुमुखाद्विमुक्तः ।तथाव्यभासीद्धरिसैन्यमध्येनिहत्यरामोयुधिकुम्भकर्णम् ।।।।
sa devalokasya tamo nihatya sūryo yathā rāhu-mukhād vimuktaḥ |
tathā vyabhāsīd hari-sainyamadhye nihatya rāmo yudhi kumbhakarṇam ||
ദേവലോകത്തിലെ അന്ധകാരം നീക്കി രാഹുവിന്റെ വായിൽ നിന്നു മോചിതനായ സൂര്യൻ എങ്ങനെ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നുവോ, അതുപോലെ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ കുംഭകർണ്ണനെ വധിച്ച ശേഷം വാനരസൈന്യത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ശ്രീരാമൻ ദീപ്തിമാനായി ശോഭിച്ചു.
