The Slaying of Kumbhakarna
प्रगृहीतायुधस्येहमृत्योरिवमहामृधे ।तिष्ठन्नप्रग्रतःपूज्यःकिमुयुद्धप्रदायकः ।।।।
pragṛhītāyudhasyeha mṛtyor iva mahāmṛdhe |
tiṣṭhann agrataḥ pūjyaḥ kimu yuddhapradāyakaḥ ||
“ഈ മഹായുദ്ധത്തിൽ ആയുധം കൈയിൽ പിടിച്ച്, മൃത്യുവിനെപ്പോലെ എന്റെ മുന്നിൽ നില്ക്കുന്നവനും പൂജ്യനാണ്; പിന്നെ ധൈര്യത്തോടെ യുദ്ധം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ എത്രയോ അധികം ആദരണീയൻ!”
