कुम्भकर्णोपदेशः

Kumbhakarna’s Counsel and War-Boast to Ravana

अशास्त्रविदुषांतेषां न कार्यमभिहितंवचः ।अर्थशास्त्रानभिज्ञानांविपुलांश्रियमिच्छताम् ।।6.63.15।।

aśāstraviduṣāṁ teṣāṁ na kāryam abhihitaṁ vacaḥ |

arthaśāstrānabhijñānāṁ vipulāṁ śriyam icchatām || 6.63.15 ||

ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞാനം ഇല്ലാത്തവരുടെ വാക്ക് പ്രവർത്തിയായി സ്വീകരിക്കരുത്—പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് അർത്ഥശാസ്ത്രം അറിയാതെയും മഹത്തായ ശ്രീ (സമൃദ്ധി) ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഉപദേശം.
