सुपर्णागमनम्

Garuda’s Arrival and the Release from the Serpent-Arrow Bond

तेषांसुखीमस्तुमुलोनिनादोबभूवशाखामृगयूथपानाम् ।क्षयेनिदाघस्ययथाघनानांनादस्सुभीमोनदतांनिशीथे ।।6.50.65।।

teṣāṃ sukhīmas tumulo ninādo babhūva śākhāmṛga-yūthapānām | kṣaye nidāghasya yathā ghanānāṃ nādaḥ subhīmo nadatāṃ niśīthe ||6.50.65||

അപ്പോൾ ആ ശാഖാമൃഗ-യൂഥപന്മാരുടെ തുമുലനിനാദം ഉയർന്നു—നിദാഘത്തിന്റെ അവസാനം മേഘങ്ങളുടെ ഇടിമുഴക്കംപോലെ ഭയങ്കരം; അർദ്ധരാത്രിയിൽ ഗർജ്ജിക്കുന്ന മേഘധ്വനിപോലെ അത്യന്തം ഭീമമായി മുഴങ്ങി.
