सुवेलारोहणं रावण-सुग्रीव-नियुद्धम्

Ascent of Suvela and the Ravana–Sugriva Duel

इत्युक्त्वोत्थायतंक्षिप्रंबाहुभ्यामाक्षिपत्तले ।कन्तुवत्तंसमुत्थायबाहुभ्यामाक्षिपद्धरि ।।।।

ity uktvotthāya taṃ kṣipraṃ bāhubhyām ākṣipat tale |

kantuvat taṃ samutthāya bāhubhyām ākṣipad dhariḥ ||

ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞ് അവൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റ് തന്റെ ഭുജങ്ങളാൽ ഉടൻ അവനെ പിടിച്ച് നിലത്തേക്ക് എറിഞ്ഞു. എന്നാൽ വാനരൻ പന്തുപോലെ വീണ്ടും ചാടിയെഴുന്നേറ്റ്, ഇരുഭുജങ്ങളാൽ അവനെയും മറുപടിയായി താഴെയെറിഞ്ഞു.
