tam aṅgadagato rāmaṃ lakṣmaṇaḥ śubhayā girā | uvāca paripūrṇārthaḥ smṛtimān pratibhānavān ||

Translation

അംഗദന്റെ മേൽ ഇരുന്ന, സ്മൃതിമാനും പ്രതിഭാശാലിയും ലക്ഷ്യം പൂർണ്ണമാക്കാൻ തത്പരനുമായ ലക്ഷ്മണൻ ശുഭവചനങ്ങളാൽ രാമനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
