एवंकोटिसहस्रेणशङ्कूनांचशतेनच ।।6.28.39।।महाशङ्कुसहस्रेणतथाबृन्दशतेनच ।महाबृन्दसहस्रेणतथापद्मशतेनच ।।6.28.40।।हापद्मसहस्रेणतथाखर्वशतेनच ।समुद्रेणचतेनैवमहौघेनतथैवच ।।6.28.41।।एषकोटिमहौघेनसमुद्रसदृशेनच ।विभीषणेनसचिवैःराक्षसैःपरिवारितः ।।6.28.42।।सुग्रीवोवानरेन्द्रस्त्वांयुद्धार्थममवर्तते ।महाबलवृतोनित्यंमहाबलपराक्रमः ।।6.28.43।।

evaṃ koṭisahasreṇa śaṅkūnāṃ ca śatena ca ॥6.28.39॥

mahāśaṅkusahasreṇa tathā bṛndaśatena ca |

mahābṛndasahasreṇa tathā padmaśatena ca ॥6.28.40॥

mahāpadmasahasreṇa tathā kharvaśatena ca |

samudreṇa ca tenaiva mahaughena tathaiva ca ॥6.28.41॥

eṣa koṭimahaughena samudrasadṛśena ca |

vibhīṣaṇena sacivaiḥ rākṣasaiḥ parivāritaḥ ॥6.28.42॥

sugrīvo vānarendras tvāṃ yuddhārtham anuvartate |

mahābalavṛto nityaṃ mahābalaparākramaḥ ॥6.28.43॥

ഇങ്ങനെ—ശങ്കുക്കളുടെ കോടിസഹസ്രങ്ങളും ശതങ്ങളും, മഹാശങ്കുക്കളുടെ സഹസ്രങ്ങളും ബൃന്ദങ്ങളുടെ ശതങ്ങളും, മഹാവൃന്ദങ്ങളുടെ സഹസ്രങ്ങളും പദ്മങ്ങളുടെ ശതങ്ങളും, മഹാപദ്മങ്ങളുടെ സഹസ്രങ്ങളും ഖർവങ്ങളുടെ ശതങ്ങളും—അതുപോലെ സമുദ്രവും മഹൗഘവും എന്നിങ്ങനെ വർധിച്ചുവരുന്ന വിഭാഗങ്ങളാൽ, സമുദ്രസദൃശമായ മഹാസൈന്യം മുന്നേറുന്നു। വിഭീഷണൻ തന്റെ മന്ത്രിമാരോടും കൂടെ ചേർന്ന രാക്ഷസരോടും കൂടി പരിവാരിതനായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു। വാനരേന്ദ്രൻ സുഗ്രീവൻ യുദ്ധാർത്ഥം നിന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നു—എപ്പോഴും മഹാബലസമൂഹം ചുറ്റിപ്പറ്റി, മഹാശക്തിയും മഹാപരാക്രമവും ധരിച്ചവനായി।
